Scam using PayPal page

I got this in my mail this afternoon it looks damn official doesn't know it but if you open it up you're fucked

About halfway down the PayPal page there is a blue box (on the original email) that will say   dispute transaction

You'll notice that there in my cut and paste copy there is a line of codes this code does not take you to PayPal but it will takes you to their website where you were so nice to fill out all the information to dispute the charge guess what if you do they have you information
